In yet another round of appeals the government has moved to strike the amended statement of claim in the COMER vs Bank of Canada law suit. At this point the government is desperately stalling because it does not want this case heard. Prominent constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati stood up to these tactics today and is steadfast in his determination to see this case through to the end.
